Beautiful Bread

1 package of dry yeast

2 1/4 cup warm water

3 tbs sugar

1 tbs salt

6 1/4 cup flour


Place flour in mixing bowl use a ladle to make a bowl like shape in the center of the flour.Add water then add the yeast to the water then wait five minutes then add the sugar salt and mix on medium speed with dough-hook.on table space coated with flour nead dough until soft place in bread pan let rise for two hours.Bake in 350 preheated oven for 60 minutes.Cool and serve.

cupcakes from heaven


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour      1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder                                                                                                                                                                1/4 teaspoon salt    2 eggs at room temperature    2/3 cup sugar                                                                                                                                                                                  1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons)butter, melted      2 teaspoons vanilla extract                                                                                                                                                                    1/2 cup milk       1 teaspoon lemon juice  and or one drop lemon essential oil                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                


Preheat the oven to 350 F whisk the flour baking powder and salt in medium bowl beat the eggs and sugar in a medium bowl until foamy for 2 minutes while beating add butter and vanilla then add flour baking powder and salt mixture mix at medium speed pop them in the oven middle rack bake 18-20 minutes for regular size cupcakes 10-12 for minis.                                                

This recipe goes Perfect with my vanilla butter cream frosting.

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract   1 tablespoon whip cream optional  


Whip at full speed until light and fluffy.

nutella chocolate cupcakes

ingredients:     1 cup all purpose flour   1/2 tsp baking soda    1/3 tsp salt                                                                                                                                                                    6 tbsp water   6 tbsp cocoa powder      1/2 tsp vanilla extract                                                                                                                                                                                   1/2 cup butter   1 cup sugar    2 eggs    6 tbsp milk    1/2 cup nutella                                                                                                                                                                          mix well then heat oven to 350F on the middel rack bake 15-17 minutes

Blueberry lemon cupcakes

Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour     1 teaspoon baking soda    1/2 teaspoon salt                                                                                                                              2 sticks of butter  2 cups of sugar  3 eggs  1 teaspoon vanilla extract  zest of one.                                                                                                                                lemon     2 cups sour cream   1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries.                                                                                                                                                                       Preheat oven to 350F mix well then add blueberries pop them in the oven for 16-20 minutes                                                                          

3 ingredient sponge cake

ingredients:   3 eggs   3 tablespoons cake flour   6 tablespoons granulated sugar                                                                                                                                                                               Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Put the egg whites in a medium size bowl, put egg yolks in a larger bowl. Start beating the egg whites with a mixer, end the mixing when it becomes light and frothy. Add sugar to your egg yolks, mix again for 3 minutes. Beat the egg yolks until lightly broken up, add 3 more tablespoons of sugar to the yolk mixture until it becomes pale yellow in color.  Sift in 3 tablespoons of cake flour to the whites, mix it in until well combined. Mix the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture. Fold them together in a 5-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper. Tap the pan on the counter top until no bubbles are present.  Bake in oven at 320F for 20-25 minutes, if tooth pick comes out clean the cake is done. Peal the paper from the cake. Cut the cake into layers, frost with a whip cream frosting, and add fresh sliced strawberries on top.

very berry shortcake

total time 15-20 minutes.makes 6 servings


4 cups of mixed berries

1/4 cups of brown sugar

1/4 cups of maple syrup

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon cinnamon

6 vanilla cupcakes


  1. put the berries in a pot on medium and stir 5-6 minutes until berries release the juices
  2. wisk the remaning ingredients (and not the cake and toping) stir 2-3 minutes until it comes to a simmer and begins to thicken.
  3. serve warm or cold over cake and add whip cream or ice cream (optional)
